Click Setup Web POS once after saving your Secret Key. This registers a virtual POS device with Yoco that pushes payments to your card machine.
Requires business/webpos:read and business/webpos:write scopes on your Yoco application.
Webhook URL (auto-configured by the button below):
Paste your Yoco Secret Key above and click this button — it registers the webhook for you and fills in the signing secret automatically. You only need to do this once.
Users will be logged out after this period of inactivity.
The main consumers are patient selfies, consent signatures, and before/after photos stored as encrypted images. Each portal registration now adds ~40-80 KB (reduced from ~300-500 KB). VACUUM reclaims space from deleted/edited records and is safe to run at any time.
🔧 Fix Invoice Totals corrects stored totals for all existing invoices to match what is displayed on the invoice (avoids 5-cent rounding discrepancies). Safe to run multiple times.
Store procedure before/after photos in Dropbox instead of the database to keep your database small and fast. Existing photos in the database continue to work alongside new Dropbox photos. New photos will be sent to Dropbox once connected and enabled.
Step 1 — Dropbox App Credentials
Create a Dropbox app at dropbox.com/developers/apps. Choose Scoped Access → Full Dropbox. Under “Permissions”, enable files.content.write and files.content.read.
Step 2 — Connect Your Dropbox Account
After saving your credentials, click Connect Dropbox. You will be taken to Dropbox to authorise the app, then redirected back. Once connected, use Test Connection to verify.
